About the Job:
Our mission is to make it easier for organizations to make data-driven decisions and we're looking for Account Managers to support & delight our customers.
Your job will be to keep our customers happy and ensure they are successful using Optimizely
You will also get the opportunity to strengthen your engineering skills by developing new features and helping clients write sophisticated tests for some of the biggest websites in the world.
You'll be responsible for:
Responding to customer feedback and bug reports via email and live chat
Providing phone support to Gold and Platinum customers
Debugging customer issues and creating reproducible test cases for engineers to resolve
Delivering happiness to every customer you interact with
Working closely with our platinum clients to ensure they are successful using our tool
On boarding / Ramping up new clients
Main point of contact for representing Optimizely
Strong communication skills
Ability to prioritize and organize multiple inbound requests
Experience working as part of a team (working with multiple groups within our company including Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Finance and Product)
Prior experience with customer support is a plus
BA/BS in a technical field preferred with a strong academic record
